Faculty

IBRs teaching faculty members are appointed as Affiliate Professors of Kairos University, making them part of the Kairos Faculty.

Members provide learning and immersion experiences for students enroled in Kairos University's MA in Leadership programme, drawing both on both academic and management expertise.

More specifically, they understand the business challenges faced by our clients, as two-thirds of them run their own international companies. Additionally, their average of 20 years of executive management experience enables them to coach and mentor students both academically and professionally.
