Admission
Admission requirements for the Master of Arts in Leadership are defined and administered by Kairos University in accordance with its academic policies. The official admission criteria are published on the university’s website and in the current Kairos University Academic Catalog and Student Handbook.
Applicants who wish to study in the Kairos MA in Leadership may receive administrative assistance from IBR in preparing and submitting their application materials to Kairos University. All admission decisions are made solely by Kairos University.
Students who later engage with IBR for mentoring and contextual learning experiences typically:

have at least five years of managerial experience following completion of their first academic degree;

come from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds;

represent both the SME sector and larger international organisations.
In addition to professional qualifications, successful Kairos MA in Leadership students often demonstrate management potential, personal and faith-based motivation, maturity, and proficiency in the English language.
