A complete application should include the following documents:
- Online application form
- Motivational Essay
- English language test score (where applicable)
- International passport copy and photo.
- Latest official transcript(s) from high school (11th grade)
- Certificate of graduation from a secondary school
- For applicants from the United States: SAT test scores
1. Online application form
To be considered for admission in our European Bachelor Studies, a candidate must complete an online application. IBR will confirm the content of the received information, and our local office will contact you for further admissions procedures.
2. Essays
The essay you need to submit as part of the online application gives you a chance to tell us more about yourself. Use it to talk about your school experiences and how you spend your free time. We also want to know about your career interests, values, and goals, and what motivates you. If you have any examples of leadership or teamwork, please include them. Most importantly, explain in detail why you want to earn an international bachelor’s degree. This essay is an important part of your application, so we recommend taking the time to prepare it carefully.
3. English language test score (where applicable)
Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading in the English language is essential. In the instance where:
- English is not your native language or
- you have not received your high school diploma at an English speaking school, or
- you have not lived for more than 2 years in a country where English is an official language.
and you wish to be considered for one of our bachelor’s studies, then please contact our local representatives to discuss the options available to you to test your English language proficiency.
4. International passport and photo
Upload a copy of your passport and a photo of yourself as part of the online application. If you don’t have a passport yet, don’t worry. Apply for one right away, and for now, just upload your photo. Our counselor will reach out to help with your passport application. You’ll need a passport for "registration," which will give you all the documents you need to apply for a student visa.
5. Latest official transcript(s) from high school (11th grade)
To get admitted before you finish secondary school, send us your latest secondary school grade transcript. Once you're admitted, you register and the university will give you all the documents you need to apply for a student visa. After you graduate, the university will ask for a copy of your certificate of graduation from a secondary school , transcript, and, only for applicants from the United States, SAT test scores.
6. Final official transcript(s) of grades, your certificate of graduation from a secondary school
After you graduate from a secondary school, the university will ask for your final grades, certificate of graduation, and, for applicants from the United States, SAT scores. Once they receive these, your preliminary admission will be finalised. After that, you're ready to make travel plans! Our local counselors will help guide you through everything you need to start your study abroad journey.
