Executive Management Seminars in Odessa

Creating tangible benefits for participating companies, that is the main intention of IBR seminars. This time, IBR designed a special seminar for ARTEX, an Odessa based company. Participants analysed in depth the company’s activities, its markets and future outlook in order to develop a holistic strategy for their company and its CEO. IBR continued with this seminar a series of four Executive Management Seminars in Odessa that were sponsored by the German State Bank KfW. All of them were run on the base of the Ukrainian Bavarian Management Training Centre in the Bavarian House of Odessa.
