Sergey Naumov consults IBR MBA students in Financial Accounting. Mr Naumov finished his IBR MBA with distinction in 2005. Today, he holds the position "Head of Corporate Banking Division in Raiffeisenbank Ukraine.

More than 60 Odessa based companies were represented in Hotel Mozart when IBR offered insight into how business education is able to create tangible benefits that can even be measured in financial terms.

"Principles of progressive global business 2005". More than a 120 students of Odessa universities gathered in order to sharpen their vision about business in the future. This ambitious event has been organised by the Local Committee of AIESEC.

Great news for IBR MBA students: The German, Swiss and Austrian industries placed the IBR MBA among the top five MBA programmes that have been accredited so far. “To belong to the top five among more than 140 MBAs is a privilege that increases the value of the IBR MBA considerably”, so Dr. Andreas Kelling, Director and Founder of IBR.

With students, graduates and faculty members, IBR celebrated its fifth anniversary in Ukraine. In these five years, IBR has been a driver for innovation in executive management education in Ukraine

The first official Odessa IBR Executive Network Meeting was celebrated in Hotel Mozart with the participation of five Odessa student generations. Since 2002, IBR offers its MBA programmes in the premises of its partner organization: the Bavarian House Odessa – the German “embassy” in the South of Ukraine.

IBR opened officially its first MBA prgramme in Fall 2005 October 17 in the German Embassy. Being the largest German higher academic institution in Ukraine, IBR underlines with this event in the Embassy its unique position in Ukraine and its intention to foster German Ukrainian business relations

Peter Knight, IBR faculty member since 1999, ran two weekly seminars in Human Resource Management for the IBR MBA in Kyiv. He has been involved in delivering executive development programmes and MBAs at London Business School and other European management schools during the last 15 years

Creating tangible benefits for participating companies, that is the main intention of IBR seminars. This time, IBR designed a special seminar for ARTEX, an Odessa based company.

For the first time in IBR’s history in Ukraine, IBR organized a second official graduation for Ukrainian MBA students in Neustadt an der Weinstrasse, Germany in one calendar year.
