The headquarter mainly coordinates centralised functions such as programme development and quality control. The regional offices are engaged in implementing these programmes largely independently.
• IBR promotes international entrepeneurship by giving a living example through fostering entrepreneurial structures within the management structure of IBR.
• IBR operates in many countries of the world and offers postgraduate academic degree and non-degree business education that automatically honours and respects local specifics.

We offer Entrepreneurial Education

• Our programmes are less about theory, than focus on application and implementation. They assist participants to:
  • Analyse their own organisation and its performance against international standards in projects and experience the latest management knowhow and
  • Develop action plans for change which can be implemented immediately in their organisations


• Our programmes are about practice in teaching social and leadership skills. They assist participants to:
  • Learn more about themselves as leaders and so strengthen their confidence in their ability to lead and
  • Develop innovative and proactive response to challenges


• Our programmes combine the advantages of distance education with the advantages of personal, face-to-face coaching and mentoring. We use e-learning elements in our programmes whenever they add to the convenience and effectiveness of the study process. However, we deliberately expand our face-to-face coaching and mentoring service at the same time in order to best serve our participants
